How we use it

We use your information to provide broking services: obtaining quotations, arranging and renewing policies, managing claims, and keeping you informed about your cover. We may share relevant information with insurers, underwriting agencies, premium funders, claims professionals and our licensee, McLardy McShane Partners Pty Ltd, for these purposes.

Marketing

We may contact you about products and services relevant to you. You can opt out at any time by contacting us or using the unsubscribe link in any email.

Storage and security

Your information is stored in secure, access-controlled systems. We take reasonable steps to protect it from misuse, loss and unauthorised access.

Complaints
